In order to make your shopping experience a pleasant and enjoyable one, we at Ooh La La urge all customers to take some time to read and understand the Terms & Conditions before making any purchase(s) with us. Your continuous use of our website is hereby agreeing to all the T&C set below and on this website. We reserve all rights to modify the Terms & Conditions stated below from time to time without prior notice and encourage you to check this page regularly to take note of any changes we may have made.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices stated are in Singapore currency (SGD) and is non-negotiable. For international customers, please note that you are responsible for any sales taxes, as well as shipping cost associated with your order. Some of our products are only available in limited quantity and as such, we serve on a first come first serve basis. Items will be sold based on order of payment received and not orders made. Please be 100% sure before checking out the items.

In the event where no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your account may be blacklisted from future purchases. We will discard your order after 24 hours without prior notice should we not receive any payment for the order. We reserve the rights to blacklist any customer for any misuse or repeatedly abandoning carts. Ooh La La reserves the right to make any changes to pricing and specification without prior notice.

PRODUCT AND COLOURS

At Ooh La La, we make an extra effort to make sure that we display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes, measurements and dimensions of every product listed on our website. However, we seek your understanding that colors of products may have slight differences due to individual monitor screen resolutions.

All actual measurements may have slight differences (ranging from 2-3cm) during production. Minor differences in measurements will not be considered as defects and do not qualify for an exchange. However, please rest assured that we make sure to check that all our products are checked thoroughly before we send them out. REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds unless the case of a defected item. All items are checked for defects before they are posted out. In rare cases where your item is found with defects, a one for one exchange will be provided for the same product in the same size. Defected items must be notified to us immediately, no longer than 5 working days from date of postage. Please send us a picture and description of the defective area to laura@oohlala.com.sg

In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

SIZE EXCHANGE(S)

We do not allow size exchange.

RETURNS (case-by case basis)

Items returned must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn or unaltered. Credit note, refunds or exchanges, will only be processed upon receiving your returned item.

All shipping cost is non-refundable. Ooh La La will NOT absorb postage for items to be sent back due to defects. For qualified Cash Refunds, it will be credited to the original method of payment. Returned goods are customer’s responsibility until they reached our office, hence we strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel. Ooh La La will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.

Ooh La La reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

LAUNDRY CARE
You are advised to hand wash all apparels without soaking for the first few washes. For products that are made with silk, chiffon, satin (e.g.), steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric between the iron and rod) will be encouraged. Low to medium ironing is encouraged for all products.

At Ooh La La, we want to try our best to provide a shopping experience to all customers in regardless of where they live. Please contact our sales team at laura@oohlala.com.sg for any enquiry with regards to shipping charges outside Singapore. We endeavor to manage all enquires within 48hrs or less. *All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD)*

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • INTERNET BANKING/ ATM TRANSFER

You may choose ATM Transfer / Internet Banking as your preferred payment method. To ensure your orders are processed in time, please ensure that payments are made and notified to us by SMS (94573781) or email (laura@oohlala.com.sg) within 24hrs upon placing your order/s. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe.

For all ATM transfer, a clear snapshot of your receipt is STRICTLY required for verification purposes. Scanned copies of ATM receipts are not accepted to prevent fraud. Do note that by adding item(s) into the cart, does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Items(s) is/are only secured upon submission of payment.

DELIVERY

We endeavor to process all orders within 48hrs after payment confirmation. As item(s) is/are pre-order, estimated delivery of the item(s) will take 4-6 weeks. Once shipment arrives, all items will be delivered to Ooh La La first for quality check before sending out to our customers. Thereafter, we will mail out the items to our customers within 24hrs. Delivery is every day from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends & public holidays. After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation notice either via SMS or email. The time taken for your items to reach you varies on the mode of postage chosen.

Ooh La La advises all customers to use a postage method that allows tracking of parcels.

Post within Singapore

Normal Mail (No Tracking ID & No Insurance)– Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Charges for normal mail postage are $1.70 for the 1st item and $0.90 for the 2nd item (for 2 or less items).

Registered Mail (Tracking ID + Insurance)– Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip on your door or mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Charges for registered mail postage are $4.00 for the 1st item and $0.90 for subsequent items.

We shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail by normal postage. We strongly recommend customers to use Registered mail.
