Currently we specialize with pre-orders, having only limited in-stocks. Hence the only store available would be our home office. Therefore, if you would like to drop by, please make an appointment, thanks!


Registering your email address with us allows us to notify you of all things latest from exclusive discounts to new arrivals.


To place an order with us, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter a valid email, delivery and billing address. If you are a new customer, do register an account with us. If you are a returning customer, you may log in to your account before proceeding to checkout.


Unfortunately our stock are limited and we rarely restock items. We may receive some items back, which will then be made available online – so keep an eye out!


As our orders are processed quite quickly, hence we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order.


Sometimes our emails get sent to junk mail if we are not added as a contact. Try checking there first and adding us as a contact to avoid this! Please allow one business day for confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend. You can still check that your order has gone through – just click on the ‘My Account’ tab while you’re logged in to see your records.


All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


We try to get through all returns ASAP, but once your return is received at our office, it can take up to 2-4 business days to process.


Once a return has been received at our office, it can take up to 5 business days to process. When sending back your return we recommend you get a tracking number, just in case it needs to be tracked down
